Semi-Auto Assembly Jig
An automated jig used for assembly of two wheels to an axle. It is triggered by a motion sensor and is enchanced with various safety features.
Remote Control Robot
A remote controlled robot operated by a remote controller with Infra Red sensor. Capable of moving around in all four directions even with a human load on top.
Lift motion solution for shopping center mold project
A 5 storey shopping center mold was lifted with a space of 150mm per layer, the overall travel for the mold was 750mm for the system. The height from the ground base to mold base height was 600mm only, therefore the challenge we faced was that we had only 600mm of space to generate a 750mm of travel. The whole system was driven by motors and controlled by PLC.
Turbulence generator project
Objective is to measure water turbulence, our job is provide a solution to generate the turbulence for the research institute, the whole project is constructed with tempered glass tank and s/s steel hollow frame, 10 nets are driven by motors moving inside of the tank with different speeds, The obstacles for this project are water proofing and motor synchronization.
Oxygen Density Measuring Project
This system measures the oxygen density inside the two wall water tubes, the internal tube is at room temperature and will be injecting compressed air while the external tubes inject heated water.
